CLIENT: Lifestyle Communities
This project involved a full landscape design and installation of the outside external lawn and garden areas around the build. This took 5 weeks to complete. Major items for this job were full automatic irrigation system, extensive underground drainage system and exposed concrete. We also supplied and installed plants, turf area, corten steel features and significant feature trees. We have a permanent maintenance contract at Lifestyles for the common space areas within their communities. This project also received an award for excellence at the Urban Development Institute.
